The RD-500 is a semi-automated single axis placement and reflow station for BGA / SMT rework. The RD Series use a high-performance 3-point heating system and advanced computer control technology, designed for safe lead free and eutectic rework applications.
The RD-500 three stage heating system provides 3.8kW overall thermal output for sufficient thermal capacity and control to execute precise profiles on medium to large PCBs up to 500 x 600mm | 20 x 24".
Internal Flash Memory Hard Drive
Each system comes complete with a trouble free controller, no hard drive or separate computer necessary.
